Dr. Carr has many years of experience in professional therapy. In 2014, he earned his Clinical Supervision certificate from Rutgers School of Social Work. In 2020, he was certified by the New Jersey Department of Education as a Guidance Counselor. Dr. Carr is licensed by the State of New Jersey in Clinical Social Work / Therapy and practices in Maplewood, New Jersey.
